I am Stefanie,
born in Germany, and have been living in Argentina since 2006. Before that, I spent two years backpacking through Central and South America, which brought about a deep transformation of my being. Although my spiritual path already began in my home country, I experienced countless subtle teachings on sound healing, energy work, overtone singing and Indian tabla while traveling and during my time in Buenos Aires.
From these impulses and influenced by the adventurous energy of South America, the works and projects of arte vida were created.
I am delighted if music, dance, meditations and books inspire you on your personal path or for your therapeutic work.
